Elizabeth Ann Day Cadora 08/09/1936 - 10/09/2006
Elizabeth D. Cadora, 69, gently
passed away at home while surrounded by her loving family on October 9, 2006
after a brief battle with cancer. Affectionately known as "Ms. Liz" during her
19-years as a pre-school teacher, she will be sorely missed by the great many
children whose lives she has touched at Noah's Landing Day Care Center. She is
preceded in death by her eldest son, Andrew S. Cadora, and is survived by her
husband of 48 years, Albert S. Cadora; sons, Stevens, Eric and Tom; and
brothers, John and William Day. In lieu of flowers, the family requests
donations be made to the Elizabeth D. Cadora Scholarship Fund at Christ Lutheran
Church's Noah's Landing Pre-School Center. Services will be held at Christ
Lutheran Church on 2011 Brandon Ave. S.W., Roanoke, Va. on Saturday, October 14,
2006 at 3 p.m.
